   While mainly a marketing piece for Sargento cheeses featuring Lakefront Brewing, this is nonetheless an interesting video helping to advance what many beer lovers already know: beer pairs very well with cheese. Although the head brewer at Lakefront barely touches upon it, there are no steadfast rules to pairing beer with cheese, just a few guidelines to keep in mind.

   I found the two recipes featured to be both “gourment” as well as easy enough for the average home cook to pull off. I definitely think I’ll be trying them myself!
